Buena Park Activities Once an actual berry farm, the Knott’s Berry Farm, Buena Park now hosts 160 acres of world class rides, unique family shows and one-of-a-kind attractions. These include GhostRider—the world’s best wooden roller coaster, and Supreme Scream—30 stories up, 3 seconds down. The Xcelerator, rated the world’s best launch coaster, sends riders from 0-80 miles per hour for a powerful, high-octane thrill. For a different kind of fun, stroll on over to Camp Snoopy, home of the beloved Peanuts gang. Special events and “Seasons of Fun” also take place at the Farm throughout the year, such as the child-friendly “Camp Spooky” events on weekends in October, and the annual “Knott’s Merry Farm” Christmas celebration. Fully restored, the Calico Mine Ride will be opening along with three new family rides in Camp Snoopy this summer.
