How To Spa at Pacific Palms

What should I wear during my treatment?
A complete spa wardrobe and shower shoes will be provided for your use while in The Spa. Bathing suits are optional in the whirlpool and steam. Please wear loose fitting shorts or pants and a T-shirt for Thai massage. Athletic attire and closed-toe shoes are required in the fitness center.

Is there a minimum age?
Spa guests must be 16 years of age or older. Salon services are available for all ages.

Is there a service charge included in the price?
A service charge of 20% will be automatically added to all spa services (excluding salon hair services) at the end of your treatment and will be given to service personnel. Additional gratuities are at your discretion and would be greatly appreciated for exceptional services.

How should I book my appointment?
All appointments must be guaranteed with a credit card. Call (626) 854-2502 and our knowledgeable staff will be happy to recommend and schedule a spa experience specifically for you. Please indicate at the time of booking if you have a preference for male or female therapists. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please call the spa manager at (626) 854-2310 to reserve group reservations for more than 4 people. Groups of more than 4 guests require a group booking agreement and a non-refundable 25% deposit. Groups are held to a 10-day cancellation policy. The Spa at Pacific Palms reserves the right to adjust any advertised rates anytime. Weekend and holiday rates may apply. Spa package offers cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.

Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes, we do have a 24- hour cancellation policy. Because we reserve the spa services specifically for you, we ask that you give a 24-hour advance notice, should you need to change or cancel your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24-hours before schedules time will be billed at 50% of the treatment rate. No shows will be billed at full treatment rate. Prepaid services cannot be changed, rescheduled, or refunded.

What about payment?
We accept all major credit cards and traveler’s checks or you may charge services to your resort bill. A 20 percent service charge will automatically be added to your bill. Additional gratuities may be given in appreciation of outstanding service.

How does the spa process work once I arrive?
Plan to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your treatment time. This will allow you time to check in, change and begin the relaxation process. In order to take advantage of our facilities, it is recommended that a guest plan to spend at least one hour in addition to their specified treatment times.

What if I arrive late?
Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. As a courtesy to the next guest, your treatment will end at the time originally scheduled.

Are there any special physical requirements?
Please let us know in advance of any special conditions we need to be aware of, such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, heart ailments, or any condition that may be contradicting for heat therapies, massage or skin care. We will rightfully examine the situation and notify you as soon as possible. The consumption of alcohol 2 to 3 hours prior to a massage or body treatment is not recommended.

Is lunch available?
Red Restaurant & Bar is adjacent to The Spa and serves the finest and freshest cuisine. Some vegetarian selections are available as well.

Additional Considerations
The Spa at Pacific Palms is a tranquil and serene experience. Please relax and respect other guests by not bringing cell phones and beepers into the spa. Also, please leave children behind so all can thoroughly enjoy moments of solitude and relaxation.

No smoking
Please do not smoke so that we can ensure a healthy and comfortable environment for our guests and customers. Thank you.
