Microsoft Office Suite/ Excel spreadsheet creation. Minimum typing speed-65 WPM. Minimum 3 years in Exec admin position with 7 years total secretarial or assistant experience required. Description: Full-Time position. Will assist Sales, Marketing & Catering Administrative Assistants occasionally. Position directly supports: VP of Operations and VP Managing Director. Department: HOUSEKEEPING Position: CUSTODIAN Qualifications: Able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. Ability to communicate in English. Exert up to 80 pounds occasionally, 50 pounds frequently and up to 20 pounds constantly. Ability to walk, run, bend, squat, stand for sometimes more than 1 hour. Description: Full-time position. Services both men’s and ladies employee locker ,restrooms, hotel lobbies, and public areas on a daily basis or as needed based on use. Responds to guest requests. Department: HOUSEKEEPING Position: ROOM ATTENDANT Qualifications: Prior experience as a Room attendant for hotel/motel property preferred, able to work varied hours and days, including all weekends. Description: Full Time position. Responsible for cleaning up to 16 rooms per shift, duties include dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, making beds, cleaning toilets, shower stalls and tubs, as well as overhead work. Department: HOUSEKEEPING Position: HOUSEPERSON Qualifications: Prior experience as a houseperson or custodian in a hotel/motel property desired. Good communication skills. Description: Responsible for completing special projects in the Housekeeping department. Duties also include stocking and supplying the Room Attendants with all their daily supplies. Department: RED (NOW OPEN!) Position: BARBACK Qualifications: Prior bartending/bar back experience. Professional attitude and appearance; communicates well. Must be willing to work weekends and nights. Includes but not limited to restocking, prepping and cleaning as the main duties for this position. Description: To ensure friendly guest service at all times and to maintain a clean professional top quality bar. Department: RED (NOW OPEN!) Position: BARTENDER Qualifications: Must have a minimum of 5 years bartending experience. Wine and food knowledge are essential and will play a large role in this position. Must be aware of the alcohol consumption laws and the responsibilities that come with this position. Description: Maintain Restaurant Bar service with maximum emphasis on customer service and guest interaction. Facilitate successful inventory pars and controls. Department: RED (NOW OPEN!) Position: FOOD SERVER Qualifications: Must have a minimum of 5 years in a fine dining establishment with knowledge of the proper sequence of service and table etiquette. Wine and food knowledge is mandatory. Must be aware of alcohol consumption laws. Description: To provide 100% Guest Satisfaction through impeccable service and relentless attention to detail. Ensure proper attitude & atmosphere for guest enjoyment and relaxation. Department: RED (NOW OPEN!) Position: DINING ROOM ATTENDANT Qualifications: Must have a minimum of 3 years in a fine dining establishment with knowledge of the proper sequence of service and table etiquette. Must be aware of alcohol consumption laws. Description: Working in a fast paced environment. Side work, restocking and cleaning. Assisting with the delivery of food and the clearing and resetting of tables. Department: RED (NOW OPEN!) Position: HOST/ HOSTESS/ CASHIER Qualifications: Entry level position with the possibility of advancement to a supervisory role. Must have impeccable phone etiquette, customer service and people skills. Must be well organized and able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment. Description: Greet, walk and seat guests, manage reservations and flow of guests in Restaurant. Whether it is by telephone or in person. Department: ROOMS DIVISION Position: FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR Qualifications: Prior Front Desk and office supervisory experience. Must have good knowledge of Opera desired. Well organized and able to perform multi-task functions. Description: Mentors, guides and trains Front Desk Agents; oversees the flow and operation at the front office.
