Department:  BANQUETS

Position:  BARTENDER

Qualifications:  Prior bartending experience. Professional attitude and appearance. Must pass pre-screening Bartender Exam

Description:  On Call positions available. Provides excellent service and experience to guests. Able to work weekends and holidays.


Department:  BANQUETS

Position:  BANQUET SERVER

Qualifications:  Prior food serving experience required, banquet serving preferred. Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight (typically 20-lb food trays)

Description:  Responsible for the set-up and servicing of food & beverage to guests at all banquet functions accdg to Pacific Palms standards. On call position, shifts vary from week to week depending on business.

Qualifications:  8 years industry experience, 4 years management with 4-6 years restaurant experience. Serve safe certified. Professional training and education preferred. Pacific fusion knowledge.

Department:  ENGINEERING

Position:  DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING

Qualifications:  Must have 5 years experience as a Chief Engineer in a hotel or resort operations. Extensive knowledge in plumbing,HVAC,refrigeration, OSHA knowledge, maintenance procedures CEOE preferred

Description:  Responsible for the overall operation of the Engineering Dept. to ensure that all systems are operated to standard, all property assets are constantly maintained.


Department:  OUTLETS

Position:  SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:  1-year minimum experience as a server-trainer or supervisor in a high volume restaurant. Great customer service skills, good knowledge in restaurant floor monitoring. Outlet hotel experience preferred.

Description:  1 Full Time Position.Will provide support to restaurant outlet managers, monitor restaurant floor, and supervise staff performances.


Department:  PURCHASING & RECEIVING

Position:  PURCHASING & RECEIVING ADMIN

Qualifications:  Knowledge of appropriate stock levels required. Basic mathematical skills necessary to track & receive specific volumes of deliveries. Serve Safe certified preferred.

Description:  Ensures that all deliveries are to specifications in accordance to F&B receiving sheets and purchase orders. Assists in month end inventories. Checks items.Coordinates with storeroom clerks on a daily basis.

Position:  BARTENDER

Qualifications:  Must have a minimum of 5 years bartending experience. Wine and food knowledge are essential and will play a large role in this position. Must be aware of the alcohol consumption laws and the responsibilities that come with this position.

Description:  Maintain Restaurant Bar service with maximum emphasis on customer service and guest interaction. Facilitate successful inventory pars and controls.

Position:  FOOD SERVER

Qualifications:  Must have a minimum of 5 years in a fine dining establishment with knowledge of the proper sequence of service and table etiquette. Wine and food knowledge is mandatory. Must be aware of alcohol consumption laws.

Description:  To provide 100% Guest Satisfaction through impeccable service and relentless attention to detail. Ensure proper attitude & atmosphere for guest enjoyment and relaxation.

Position:  TABLE MAINTENANCE

Qualifications:  At least 1 year experience in food service preferable in an upscale restaurant.Excellent verbal communication skills. Capable of performing multiple tasks. .

Description:  Assists in the set-up, maintenance, stocking and the cleanliness of the tables and the restaurant. Able to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Position:  COCKTAIL SERVER

Qualifications:  Minimum 21 years of age, previous experience in a fast paced food service environment is required. Prior bartender experience required.

Description:  Part–Time position available. Provide excellent service to guests; include explaining menu and specials, taking orders, up selling, collecting the bill, and other needs as required.

Position:  GREETER

Qualifications:  Prior customer service experience, highly motivated individual. Must have professional appearance & attitude. Excellent verbal skills. Greet, walk & seat guests, manage reservations and flow of guests into the restaurant.

Description:  Able to work varied shifts including evening and weekends. Must have impeccable phone etiquette, customer service and people skills. Must be well organized. Knowledge of Open Table is a plus.

Position:  ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

Qualifications:  Must have a minimum of 3 years in a management level, supervisory role. Knowledge of fine dining and the sequence of service. Good wine knowledge,Food preparation & service techniques are required. Club experience preferred

Description:  To ensure the successful operation, financial performance, quality of service, and development of service staff for the restaurant.

Position:  RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:  Must have 3-5 years experience in fine dining as a lead or supervisor. Above average Wine knowledge/ Food preparation & service techniques are required.

Description:  The Supervisor is responsible for supervising the activities of the RED Staff. The main concern is to ensure that guests are consistently serviced in a courteous, efficient and unobtrusive manner.


Department:  SPA

Position:  LEAD ESTHETICIAN

Qualifications:  Must have 3 or more years experience as a licensed esthetician, previous leadership & guest service experience. Possess valid current state license, schedule flexibility & reliability required

Description:  Responsible for providing a high standard of esthetic services including facial treatments, makeup app, body skin treatments & depilatory waxing services accurately. Addt'l duties mgt assist & train.


Department:  SPA

Position:  COSMETOLOGIST

Qualifications:  Must have knowledge in all aspects of cosmetology including: cutting, styling, shampooing, hand and foot therapies, waxing, facials, coloring, and permanents. At least two years experience and license required.

Description:  Responsibilities include supervising the salon team and performing treatments including, hair, nails, facials, makeup and waxing, retail sales and providing guests with excellent customer service.
