Extensive knowledge in plumbing,HVAC,refrigeration, OSHA knowledge, maintenance procedures CEOE preferred Description: Responsible for the overall operation of the Engineering Dept. to ensure that all systems are operated to standard, all property assets are constantly maintained. Department: OUTLETS Position: SUPERVISOR Qualifications: 1-year minimum experience as a server-trainer or supervisor in a high volume restaurant. Great customer service skills, good knowledge in restaurant floor monitoring. Outlet hotel experience preferred. Knowledge of fine dining and the sequence of service. Good wine knowledge,Food preparation & service techniques are required. Club experience preferred Description: To ensure the successful operation, financial performance, quality of service, and development of service staff for the restaurant. Department: RED RESTAURANT Position: RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR Qualifications: Must have 3-5 years experience in fine dining as a lead or supervisor. Above average Wine knowledge/ Food preparation & service techniques are required. Description: The Supervisor is responsible for supervising the activities of the RED Staff. The main concern is to ensure that guests are consistently serviced in a courteous, efficient and unobtrusive manner. Department: SPA Position: LEAD ESTHETICIAN Qualifications: Must have 3 or more years experience as a licensed esthetician, previous leadership & guest service experience. Possess valid current state license, schedule flexibility & reliability required Description: Responsible for providing a high standard of esthetic services including facial treatments, makeup app, body skin treatments & depilatory waxing services accurately. Addt'l duties mgt assist & train. Department: SPA Position: COSMETOLOGIST Qualifications: Must have knowledge in all aspects of cosmetology including: cutting, styling, shampooing, hand and foot therapies, waxing, facials, coloring, and permanents. At least two years experience and license required. Description: Responsibilities include supervising the salon team and performing treatments including, hair, nails, facials, makeup and waxing, retail sales and providing guests with excellent customer service. | |||
